Pain and friends

Yesterday I hurt my back while putting on my earrings. I was bending over and then after I straightened my back I all of a sudden had a sharp pain go through my back that is still bothering me. I also started having muscle spasms on the other side of my back from where the pain is. Then last night I went over to my friends house who had moved away and then moved back. It was fun but I had not expected to be at her house until midnight watching The Count of Monte Cristo. Its an awesome movie but I was exhausted and in so much pain. I'm really glad my friend is back though, especially considering how unhappy she was where she moved to.
